2025 Moot

The Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Law Moot is thrilled to be returning for a fifth year on February 28 – March 1, 2025. The 2025 Moot will take place in-person at the Federal Court in Toronto, Ontario. The Moot is a national, bilingual event that brings together law students, lawyers, and judges from across the country to advance legal education related to issues of migration. This year, we are proud to announce that the final round of the 2025 Moot will be judged by a Justice from the Supreme Court of Canada, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court.

Please find below important dates and documents related to the 2025 Moot, which will be updated throughout the year. All of these documents are available in both official languages by toggling your language selection in the top-right corner of the screen.
