Le Concours de plaidoirie en droit de l'immigration, des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et de la citoyennet\u00e9 est un \u00e9v\u00e9nement national bilingue qui rassemble des \u00e9tudiant.e.s en droit, des avocat.e.s et des juges de partout au pays en vue de faire progresser l\u2019\u00e9ducation juridique li\u00e9e aux questions migratoires. Le Concours de plaidoirie a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9 en 2020 par un groupe d\u00e9vou\u00e9 de juristes en droit de l'immigration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In past years, the Moot has welcomed some of the country\u2019s top jurists to judge mooters in our final rounds, including the Hon. Justices Andromache Karakatsanis and Mahmud Jamal of the Supreme Court of Canada; Chief Justice Michael Tulloch of the Ontario Court of Appeal; the Hon. Justice George Locke of the Federal Court of Appeal and the Hon. Arif Virani, former Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Concours de plaidoirie en droit de l\u2019immigration, des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et de la citoyennet\u00e9 est ravi de revenir pour une cinqui\u00e8me ann\u00e9e du 25 - 27 f\u00e9vrier 2027. Le Concours aura lieu en personne \u00e0 la Cour f\u00e9d\u00e9rale, \u00e0 Toronto, en Ontario. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
